Disney Springs opens every day of the year. The official opening times used to be from 10 am to 12 am. Since Disney Springs reopened, hours have been reduced and do vary. You should check My Disney Experience for the latest times, but the most common closing time is either 11 pm or 11:30 pm. However, not all shops and restaurants will be open at all times.
Unlike theme parks, Disney Springs does not need significant planning. However, you should plan dining reservations and identify any shops or bars you must visit. You will also need to plan whether there is any entertainment you wish to experience when you visit Disney Springs. You might need to purchase tickets in advance for certain entertainment offerings.

There is no charge to visit Disney Springs, and even standard parking is free.
Disney Springs is not an inside mall; you must be prepared for all types of weather, including rain.
You do not have to take much to Disney Springs, but we recommend carrying water, a mobile phone, a camera, sunscreen, a hat, waterproofing, and a payment method.
The most popular dining locations at Disney Springs book up fast. Don’t expect to get a favorite dining location on the day. You should plan and book an Advance Dining Reservation as early as possible.
Many of the restaurants at Disney Springs also allow reservations on Open Table, and availability can differ. If you are struggling to book, make sure you check Open Table.
Also, consider booking reservations outside of peak dining periods. Often you will find better availability by eating mid-afternoon. Some of the restaurants at Disney Springs do change their menu during the day, and lunches in some venues are cheaper.
The Disney Dining Plan is currently suspended at Walt Disney World, but most venues previously did accept The Disney Dining Plan.
Disney Springs has a lot of unique merchandise, and not everything is sold in the parks.
Do not expect you will find everything later in a theme park. Make sure you either buy it or leave time to return later in your vacation.
There is good free WiFi coverage available throughout Disney Springs.
It is easy to get to Disney Springs, but it is not always quick. Traffic can get very busy at Disney Springs if you have made a dining reservation; leave in plenty of time.
Free parking is available if you are driving, and free transport is available from all Walt Disney World Resorts. All buses now stop at the Town Center. The final bus trip is 1-hour after Disney Springs closes.
You can no longer get direct buses from theme parks to Disney Springs, so consider this when using Disney Transport. You can get route information from the My Disney Experience App by pressing “Get Directions.”

Yes, Disney Springs can get very busy, especially in the evening. Make sure you keep a close eye on small children as it easy for them to get lost.
You used to be able to get packages delivered to your resort shop. Unfortunately, this service remains suspended and appears unlikely to return.
