The most popular dining locations at Walt Disney World book up fast. Don’t expect to get a favorite dining location on the day. Disney’s Advanced Dining Reservations, often called ADRs, are the system for making reservations for table service restaurants at Walt Disney World.

Do I need a Reservation?
At quiet times, perhaps not for many locations, the most popular restaurants book up in advance throughout the year.
In busy periods you will need a reservation for most restaurants. Most restaurants have reopened at Walt Disney World, but capacity at some venues remains reduced, making reservations for the most popular venues more difficult.
When can I book Advanced Dining Reservations?
If you visited Walt Disney World before 2020, you might remember a 180-day reservation window for dining venues. This changed when Walt Disney World reopened to a 60-day reservation window, and there have been no indications that this will change.
All guests, including day visitors, can book reservations for Disney restaurants 60 days in advance. Walt Disney World Resort guests can reserve 60 days before arrival and make up to 10 days of Advance Dining Reservations that same day.
The most popular restaurants do book up fast, and you should plan to book as soon as your window opens. If you need help calculating what day you can start making reservations, this handy calculator will help.
Reservations can be made on the Walt Disney World website or via the My Disney Experience App.

Do I need a Disney Park Pass to dine in a theme park?
A dining reservation does not entitle you to access any theme park. You must also have a Disney Park Pass, a valid ticket, and, if you are Park Hopping, a ticket that gives you this entitlement.

What else do I need?
A Credit Card!
Walt Disney World restaurants require a credit card when booking to guarantee the reservation. You will be advised of the Cancellation Policy at the time of reservation, which you should read carefully.
Restaurants offering reservations usually charge a $10 per person cancellation fee for reservations canceled within 2 hours of the reservation time or for no-shows. A few restaurants have much higher charges, including the full cost of the booking.

Can I book tables at Quick Service Restaurants?
Currently, no Quick Service locations are accepting Advanced Dining Reservations.
Most locations accept Mobile Ordering via My Disney Experience. We highly recommend taking advantage of this, especially during busy periods.
Any tips for the Disney Dining Plan?
The Disney Dining Plan isn’t currently offered at Walt Disney World. However, if it should return, you must book reservations early, as there will be no refunds for unused Dining Credits.
