During the reopening period, to maintain social distancing, there will be some changes to Walt Disney World transport. Also, several transportation options will not be available during the initial resort reopening.
Rules & changes to keep you safe
All guests using Disney Transportation will be required to wear a face covering. Transportation is operating with physical distancing measures in place, including in the load zones and queues. Due to these distancing measures, you might not be able to wait under a shelter.
The capacity of vehicles has been reduced to maintain physical distancing and this might mean longer waits. Physical barriers have been added in select places where it is difficult to maintain strict physical distancing guidelines, such as partitions inside buses and monorails.
Guests will be directed where to stand or sit on all transports. Only 1 ECV will be carried on each bus, except when there are 2 ECVs in 1 party.

The monorail for Magic Kingdom will be in operation including the resort monorail. The Epcot beam will not be available during the initial reopening.
The Skyliner will be in operation from July 15th. All 3 routes will be in operation and parties will be sat in their own gondola.
It has now been confirmed that watercraft will be in operation from the Magic Kingdom to the Ticket and Transportation Center. Also, boats will be available from the Polynesian, Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness to the Magic Kingdom.
There is no news yet on when other watercraft will restart.
Walt Disney World Buses will be operating from all open resorts to theme parks and Disney Springs. However, if another form of mass transit is available eg, the Skyliner, then no bus will be available. Also, from the Boardwalk Resorts, guests will have to walk to Epcot.
Parking lot trams
Parking trams have been temporarily suspended.
Minnie Van Service
It is rumored that the Minnie Van Service might never return. The service is incredibly expensive and has been suffering from poor use.
Disney’s Magic Express
The Magical Express is operating, but you now must take your luggage to the bus.
