Hollywood Studios has two Guest Relations locations. The first is to your left as you enter the park and the second is before you enter the park at the windows just past the small gift shop.
Guest Relations provide help to all guests visiting Walt Disney World including reservations and general information.

While English is the official language of Walt Disney World it does not mean you have to be fluent to have a great time. There are thousands of international guests visiting Hollywood Studios every day.
Maps are available at Guest Services, and usually at the park entrance, in Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Japanese.
The majority of restaurants will also have menus in different languages available.
Many cast members speak more than 1 language. Those who are bilingual have a tag on their badge to indicate what languages they speak.
Translation devices are available to translate attraction narration at Guest Sevices. These complimentary devices translate for all the most commonly spoken languages. Over 20 Walt Disney World attractions have a translation available.
It is easy to lose things at Hollywood Studios, but perhaps amazingly things often do get found! If you lose anything it is important to report it straight away. Information on how to report your lost items is located here.
Hollywood Studios provides extensive facilities for all forms of disabilities including visual, auditory, mobility & cognitive disabilities.

Daily hire is available at Hollywood Studios. Wheelchairs, ECVs, and Strollers are all available. You can even hire an umbrella!

The Baby Care Center at Hollywood Studios is located inside Guest Relations. It is a smaller Baby Center in comparison to other parks.
The Baby Care Center at Hollywood Studios provides a convenient place to feed, change and nurse little ones & is complimentary to use. The center is fully staffed, well maintained and has a good choice of equipment.
There is no shop inside the Baby Center but items are available to buy at Movieland.
Most guests do not need to take much into Hollywood Studios. If there are items you must take, but do not wish to carry, lockers are available near the entrance.
All lockers are subject to availability and come with the following daily charge:
Small $10 a day (12″ x 10″ x 17″)
Large $12 a day (15.5″ x 13″ x 17″)
WiFi is now available throughout Hollywood Studios. Having access to WiFi allows you to plan your day through the My Disney Experience App including making additional Fastpass+ reservations.
Smoking including electronic cigarettes has recently been banned throughout Hollywood Studios. There are smoking areas available outside of the park.
Kiosks are located throughout Hollywood Studios selling FuelRod portable chargers. Currently, these kits cost $30.
Kits include adaptors for all Apple and most Android devices. Once your charger needs replacing you merely swap it at a kiosk for a new FuelRod at no additional cost. However, it is likely that this will soon incur a charge as a planned charge has already been postponed.
In addition to cash, Hollywood Studios is happy to accept most credit cards. Cards are accepted almost everywhere including the smallest mobile counters.
Guests with Magic Bands & staying in a Disney Resort can setup room charging for purchases inside the park.
Guest Relations will assist with currency exchange. However, rates will not be attractive.
ATMs are located at Hollywood Studios and can be located on the park map and the My Disney Experience App.

Being pregnant is not a reason to stop a visit to Hollywood Studios.
Signage posted at every attraction highlight which rides are not suitable for expectant mothers. The signs also provide information on height requirements, health and safety advisories, and accessibility guidelines.

Rise of the Resistance
Hollywood Studios runs several private tours daily which include opportunities to explore backstage areas.
