Following our controversial 5 Attractions to Skip at The Magic Kingdom here are our 5 Attractions Not to Miss at The Magic Kingdom in 2019. The Magic Kingdom has loads of fantastic attractions including many Disney Classics. However; some are better than others. These are my Top 5 attractions I wouldn’t want to miss on any vacation at The Magic Kingdom.
The Ultimate Disney Classic is Dumbo the Flying Elephant. Loved by everyone including the young and old. Lines are much quicker now there are 2 carousels. Not one you need to get a Fastpass for unless the park is extremely busy.
Carousel of Progress
An often overlooked Disney Classic. Designed by Walt himself for the 1964 New York World’s Fair. Most readers will consider this a controversial choice but I like it! Rarely grabs a crowd but a catchy theme tune, good audio-animatronics & cool air conditioning make this a relaxing break. jhgjhgjg
Still, the greatest log flume and I have even been rescued from it after it broke down! Unfortunately the cast member wouldn’t let me film my backstage escape route.
Big Thunder Mountain
We used to have meeting talking Mickey Mouse in this article. However, he no longer talks so a new attraction had to be added!

Big Thunder Mountain is perhaps the best family coaster at any theme park, although the version in some other Disney Parks is better. Following its 2016

Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
The long lines say it all the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is a popular attraction. However, is it worth a 4 hour wait in a standby line?
A unique rocking rollercoaster & a superb audio-animatronic mine scene. This ride appeals to all the family but the rollercoaster is quite fast although very brief.
Perhaps a bit too new to be called a classic ride but it soon will be. Fastpass is essential or expect a very long wait.
